Since 2007, Chalk Build has been raising the standards in the construction and building industry, leading the way in quality, transparency, and customer care. Our name is a tribute to our origins and location: Caledonian Road, built in 1826, was initially known as Chalk Road. Chalk is also a type of rock used for centuries to create — be it simple blackboard drawings or pre- Victorian homes as a building material. Today we design and construct with significantly more advanced tools, yet honouring the past and focusing on the future.
Chalk is the future: a new generation of renovation and building services, based on principles of trust, quality and transparency, where customer experience is a pivotal part of each operation. From initial quoting process through execution, we want to ensure the client needs are addressed, our approach tailored, and the project not deemed complete until customer is fully satisfied with the results. This is what 2.0 stands for.
Trust, Quality and Transparency
The greatest companies in the world are measured by what they stand for and we are no exception. As well as abiding to all local laws and regulations, we also utilise our Code of Conduct to help us make the best decisions in our business. It gives our customers, employees, suppliers — and the numerous communities we serve — the confidence to trust us and do business with us.
Our methodical approach is to listen attentively to your needs, and to ask questions to ensure we understand exactly what you are looking for, what is important to you and what are the reasons behind the work you requested. We have also invested heavily in our Project Management and IT systems. This means your renovation will run smoother and faster, as everyone in the Chalk team has access to up-to-date project information.
Prime Customer Care
