North London’s Trusted House Refurbishment & House Renovation Specialists

“Chalk is a very professional and organised company. From quote to completion they were respectful, attentive and diligent in delivering exactly what was requested. The project was completed punctually to a high standard and they provided progress updates throughout. Their fees are fair and I would definitely use them again. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Superb!”

“We've lived in North London for over 10 years and found it hard to find tradespeople you can rely on, who also deliver great results. Chalk Build are excellent because they have dedicated office and project management staff, who handles all queries so you are not waiting for busy tradespeople to call you when they have breaks in their work... and they also deploy specialist electricians, plumbers etc... so you get experts with each team vs. general handyman that can't necessarily help. Would definitely recommend.”

“Great quick service by a very polite and professional gentleman. As a landlord I’m happy to recommend them and use them again”

“Friendly & professional service - High quality work with separate specialists coming for each specific task (decorating, tiling, flooring, electrician). Final invoice was as agreed in pre-work quote and reasonable. Highly recommended, and will use again for future works”

“Since we started working with Chalk we can now leave everything to them, from first contact to resolving the problem. We have saved a great deal of time and lowered our maintenance costs and we are really confident having them as an extension of our team. We are nervous in recommending these guys because we want to keep them to ourselves!”

“I have had my flat renovated by Chalk Build, including a new kitchen, converting the bathroom into a shower wet-room, new wooden flooring throughout and plastering and preparing walls for painting etc. They have also fitted new doors, lighting and electric sockets. The work has been completed to an extremely high standard in a timely manner. Their Project Manager was very polite and conscientious and has suggested many helpful and inspirational ideas. I would have absolutely no hesitation in giving Chalk a wholehearted recommendation.”

“I had an excellent experience working with Chalk. Their Project Manager went all out to make sure that we got what we wanted, and he was always available to discuss the project. He has some really great guys working for him - all highly skilled tradesmen. I changed my mind a couple of times, and was really impressed by how accommodating they were. It was important for me to get the property how I wanted it - and they made that a reality. I definitely recommend using Chalk Build.”
